Let’s have a moment filled with emotion at Château de Juliénas (castle of Juliénas) and taste their cuvées in their vaulted cellars from the 18th century!
Juliénas, a village with two churches, the oldest of which, a Romanesque church from the 11th century, has become “Le Vieux Cellier” (the old cellar), the wine growers’ cooperative of Juliénas.
Finally, the Château du Bois de la Salle, the link between Beaujolais and Burgundy with Les Vignerons Associés Julienas Chaintré (The Associated Winegrowers Julienas Chaintré).

Let’s go to Chénas, the smallest appellation (designation of origin) (240 ha/593 acres). “Les Hauts de Chénas”, one of the rare winegrowing estates run by a woman, Nathalie Fauvin, will offer a splendid view of Chénas and Moulin à Vent from its patio.
Let’s taste her wines in the middle of the wine-growing tools museum, gathering manual tools, wine presses, vats and 200-year-old stills.
